Jeff Lichtenstein is by his own account a mild-mannered but driven real estate broker dedicated to his customers.

With an outstanding reputation for honesty and excellent work, Jeff arrives at work between 5 & 6 a.m. and works an average of 80 hours per week. This unusual work ethic enables him to give great service and not let anything fall through the cracks.

Jeff has worked in real estate since 2001. Since then Jeff has honed his sales/marketing skills and refined and customized his approach to meet each individual situation. In fact, for the past 5 years Jeff is very proud of the fact that he has marketed & sold more homes in total, with an average price exceeding $500,000 in North & Central Palm Beach County than any other Realtor.

In 2009 Jeff moved to Illustrated Properties which allows him to make major financial advertising commitments, utilizing unparalled market tools including the strongest worldwide internet exposure, and give his clients powerful exclusive luxury affiliations such as Christie’s Great Estates. Prior to that he was Executive Vice President of Sales for 9 years for a $60 million home furnishings converter, servicing the furniture, drapery, and bedspread trades. He had a sales force of 10 and traveled 60% of the time throughout the United States and was based in Chicago where he grew up. His business background has proven invaluable during his real estate career, allowing him to think outside the box and close a high percentage of deals.

Jeff has been in nearly every conceivable type of selling situation and that experience gives a maturity and confidence that serves his clients well.

Jeff went to college at Syracuse where he met his wife Veronica and earned his degree in Business Administration.

Having Midwest Values, Jeff then moved his family to Florida, following his parents there after his father sold his business in Chicago and retired. Jeff and Veronica have 2 children; Sam, 10, and Jade, 5.
